We also ordered a black octopus, which was served in its own ink, it was very very black, and stained the plate, our mouth, tongue, and teeth! It was nice, just tasted like a normal octopus, but richer. Syd wasn’t a big fan of it, she prefers fried octopus, and this was more either grilled or steamed, it was hard to tell. It could have been raw for all I know.
